	To become Certified a member must accumulate 30 state merits, 16 of which must be print competition merits. The medallion is gold and green and worn on a green ribbon. To become a Certified Artisan a photographer must accumulate 30 state merits, 16 of which must be craft merits. The medallion is blue and gold and is worn on a blue ribbon.
