TNPPA Mentorship is a member benefit that can help bridge the gap, and, as a TNPPA member, you can receive one free mentorship per year.

ABOUT THE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

The mentorship program has a yearly enrollment period beginning Jan. 1^st to the day after the Spring Workshop (dates shift every year). You will select mentors you are interested in, effort will be made to match you with one of your choices. 

Mentors are available first-come, first-served. If your choices are not available you will be contacted and allowed to match with another mentor.  

The program is designed around a loose structure, introducing the Mentor and mentee and the topics to be covered. 

Mentors promise a minimum of 3 hours with their mentee over the course of the year.  Meetings may be virtual or in person.
